Staycation Week
This past week was the first week that Ron and I have taken the whole week off from work with no plans. It was GREAT, and I highly recommend this to everyone. The weather wasn't great at the beginning of the week but cleared up before the week was over. We went fishing on Lay Lake for a couple of days then went to Bald Rock. Believe it or not I had never been there. It was beautiful to say the least and we had a great time. Note to self: When asking the husband what to where DON'T LISTEN!!!!!!! I wore sandals that had a heal on them to a park. I have no clue what I was thinking but, my feet where telling me I needed to start thinking:)

Mardi Gras 09
Ron enjoyed his first trip to the "boom boom" this past week. We had a great hotel room with the balcony on the parade route. It was allot of fun and I really enjoyed getting to spend some time with the family.

Thanksgiving 2008
Here are some of the pictures from Thanksgiving this past year. Jeremy, Christy, and Yogi came for a visit. We had fun and for some of us too much fun.
For those who know about the "4-wheeler" story, enjoy the pictures of the mess. Anyone who wants to buy a 4-wheeler let us know.
